March 2013 #30Lists so far

2013-March 013

What’s today? March 7?

So we have a week’s worth of listing done?

AMAZING as usual!

I love listing and lists. I love having an easy, totally doable creative challenge that I CAN FINISH every 6 months.

But my FAVORITE part of 30 Days of Lists is always the community.

Just a couple tweets to show you what I mean (follow the #30Lists tweets here):

And just a little look at the list book I’m using. As I mentioned, I’m using a kit for basically the first time ever. Getting started was a little difficult (thinking inside the box-of-these-specific-supplies). But once I had the basic theme down putting the rest of the pages together was EASY.

I’ll definitely try a kit in the future.

2013-March 029

2013-March 020

Are you listing with us?

Only 5-10 minutes per day are really needed. While you’re waiting for someone, or when you’re the passenger in the car. You can even download the list topics ahead of time to get a jump start!

That’s all.

Just write.

There’s no wrong way to do this and if you don’t like a prompt on a certain day, just change it.

Our March 2013 edition of 30 Days of Lists is coming soon, but in the meantime there are still so many options for listing!

We’d love for you to take part in a self-paced round (or 2) of 30 Days of Lists. Another quick journaling challenge. Another opportunity to record YOUR STORY.

Not everyone can make a mini scrapbook every week or an art journal page every night.

30 Days of Lists is our encouragement and challenge to you that you CAN journal just something every day- even something as small as a list.

Grab one (or all) of the new self-paced 30 Days of Lists immediate downloads for each of the 3 previous rounds (September 2011, March 2012 and September 2012). March 2011 is still available for free here.

There’s no wrong way to make a list – so even if you missed participating with the community the first time around, you can still grab the list prompts now and make your lists anyway you want!

Get yours here:

Promo September 2011 PDF

Promo march 2012 PDF  Promo September 2012 PDF

Choose each set of lists one-at-a-time or get all 3 of them together.

That’s a total of 90 listing prompts – 120 after you enroll for March 2013’s round of listing (registration begins Monday, February 4).

What you’re getting:

  • immediate download (no waiting for us to check our email and send something to you)
  • access to the private blog where the original list prompts (and comments and forum conversations) were posted
  • pdf including the full list of prompts (and links to the original posts)
  • pdf also includes the full list of exclusive DIY projects (and links to the full, original posts)

You can download any of the listing rounds you’ve missed here: September 2011, March 2012 and September 2012 (March 2011 is still available for free here)

OR get all 3 together

You can also check out our FAQ here

Things to do with your LISTS:

  • Add one list weekly to your Project Life layouts. Those 3×4 pockets are the perfect size for a quickly jotted list of memories or things in your life
  • Blog your lists – daily, weekly, monthly. Put them out there and be amazed at how much your readers have in common with you.
  • Make a minibook or Blurb book full of your lists. Perfect format for kids or guests to flip through on the coffee table and bond over your list of favorite childhood memories.
  • Art journal, digi-design or just write them down. Share them on Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or the Flickr group or your social media outlet of choice.
  • Just write them for yourself. Not everything has to be shared – sometimes private journaling of lists can be the most rewarding.

But how do you get signed up? Mark your calendar:

Pre-registration will begin, Monday, February 4

We’ll be providing additional details in the next few weeks – but needless to say we are looking forward to March First!

If this will be your first time participating in 30 Days of Lists, we encourage you to

  • check out the Flickr group where many past participants have posted their lists.
  • We have also maintained a small Pinterest board of #30Lists images you can check out as well!
  • FOLLOW #30Lists on Twitter and Instagram

SO many ways to keep up with the listing….
Just keep an eye on your email – or over at 30DaysofLists.com and our Facebook page – for more details as we announce them.

Can’t wait to see you there!

We are in the home stretch for 30 Days of Lists – September 2012! I hope you can join us….

This week on the private blog, Kam and I are sharing our individual list books that we’re using for next month…. Both VERY different. Both awesome.

Today you get to see MY List book!

But, because of the way that I put it together, I had to complete all my lists ahead of time. So rather than show you photos, here’s a short video looking at my September 2012 30 Days of Lists book (and hopefully you won’t seen any list-prompt spoilers)

Please excuse the ridiculously awful preview image ….. Why are those ALWAYS bad?

Click here to get started creating your own photobook with Blurb

I think this would be the *perfect* option for anyone doing digital lists this month …. Plus Blurb offers several different sizes (and covers) so you should be able to find what you need.

And if you do order a Blurb book, be sure to use this discount code: BLURBBOOK15OFF

I genuinely love Blurb and all the books I’ve ordered from them. This one is already sitting proudly on my shelf.

Don’t forget to sign up for 30 Days of Lists if you haven’t yet! The list prompts begin SATURDAY!

Here’s another (better) look at the image-wrap hardcover and first few pages….

30Lists-Sept 003

30Lists-Sept 004

30Lists-Sept 005

30Lists-Sept 006

REMINDER: Blurb provided this particular book because I am a Blurb affiliate. And I am an affiliate because I love them and all the books I’ve ever ordered.
