- Our house is killing me (again)… . we JUST spent $$$ getting our front lawn landscaped (because of a deadline set by our HOA) and now it turns out we might have to rip up part of it to replace pipes going to the sewer.

- for those of you who noticed: L&R is no longer accepting sponsors. I initially thought it wasn’t for me. Then I tried it for 4 months. And now I know it’s not for me.
- I just think there are more efficient ways for L&R to earn an income (for me, at least). And I still offer options to help sites promote themselves, so I’m comfortable with my decision.

Im so sorry to hear about the pipes!! That is going to be so frustrating if you have to tear up some of your beautiful lawn!!! Keep us posted! On a happier note, I am IN LOVE with your chalkboard wall!! It is going to be amazing when you have kids because whenever they hit a milestone you can put them in front of it and write down the milestone and take a picture! Awesome! So jealous! I may have to make one in my house when I get one
