What an amazing idea for an ebook.
Things I do to lift my mood? Curl up and read for a while, put on headphones and blast happy music for a bit while ignoring the rest of the world, if I am able a good coffee and a stroll in a bookshop or even the library always cheers me up.
I boost my mood lately through working out; I haven’t lost much weight, but I am proud of myself nonetheless! Elliptical for the win!
My favorite thing to do to boost my mood is to go driving and blast the music and sing!
Great idea for an e-book! This looks fantastic. The fastest/my favorite way to lift my mood is to be silly with my fiance or to watch my baby kicking in my belly!
